Website terms
TrueSAR.com Website Terms of Use
Public website terms and boundaries.
These terms apply to the public website and information pages, and are not product subscription terms.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://truesar.com and its public marketing pages (the "Website"), which are owned and operated by TrueSAR LLC ("TrueSAR," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
These Terms apply only to the public Website. They are not the complete license, subscription, software-as-a-service, data-processing, support, or service terms for the TrueSAR application. Access to or use of TrueSAR products and services will be governed by the applicable order, subscription agreement, end-user license agreement, software-as-a- service terms, data-processing terms, or other customer agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms concerning a paid or pilot service, the applicable customer agreement controls.
2. Informational Website
The Website provides general product and company information. Website content is not an offer that can be accepted to create a subscription, license, pilot, support obligation, procurement commitment, or other operational-services relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to proceed with a demonstration, proposal, purchase, pilot, or other transaction.
3. Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Planned Features
TrueSAR may describe current capabilities, planned features, development work, pricing, plans, availability, and specifications. Planned or in-development features are statements of present intent, not guarantees or delivery commitments.
Pricing, plans, features, availability, specifications, release timing, and product descriptions may change. The terms of an actual purchase or service commitment will be stated in the applicable order and customer agreement.
You should make purchasing, deployment, and operational decisions based on the executed customer agreement and the capabilities then made available to you, not on a roadmap statement, demonstration, mockup, or general Website description.
4. Public Safety and Operational Use
TrueSAR provides software. TrueSAR does not provide emergency response, dispatch, medical, legal, aviation, or incident-command services. The Website and TrueSAR software do not replace agency procedures, qualified professional judgment, required communications, safety protocols, aviation rules, credentialing requirements, or applicable law.
No Website statement should be understood as a guarantee of communications coverage, mapping or GPS accuracy, tracking continuity, personnel or subject safety, mission success, rescue or recovery, evidentiary admissibility, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted availability. Organizations and operators remain responsible for training, readiness, command decisions, redundant communications, equipment checks, legal compliance, and safe operations appropriate to their missions.
5. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with the Website; bypass or test security controls without written authorization; introduce malicious code; scrape or use automated means in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Website; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material; or use the Website in violation of law or another person's rights.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, TrueSAR, or others.
6. Inquiry Form
The public inquiry form is for demo requests, pricing or subscription questions, and general business inquiries. Do not submit patient, medical, subject, victim, criminal-justice, evidence, precise mission-location, protected personnel, credential, or active-case information.
Existing customers should use TrueSAR Support inside the application for product support.
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential information that you expect TrueSAR to protect under a nondisclosure obligation unless a separate written agreement applies.
Our handling of personal information is described in the TrueSAR LLC Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, software, visual design, graphics, logos, names, product descriptions, and other materials, are owned by TrueSAR or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, TrueSAR grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view the Website for lawful informational and business purposes. No other license is granted.
TrueSAR, the TrueSAR name and logos, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of TrueSAR LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not use any TrueSAR mark in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
8. Third Party Products, Services, and Links
The Website may reference, link to, or describe interoperability with third-party mapping, device, payment, hosting, drone, or other platforms and services. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability, functionality, pricing, and interoperability may change or end.
References do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or partnership unless expressly stated.
9. Future Payments and Subscriptions
If the Website links to a third-party checkout, billing page, or customer portal, payment processing will be provided by that third party under its own terms and privacy notice. TrueSAR does not intend to store full payment-card numbers when the payment provider handles card processing.
A payment or subscription is not complete until the applicable checkout, order, and customer agreement requirements are satisfied. Taxes, renewals, cancellation rights, refunds, and service terms will be governed by the applicable transaction documents and mandatory law.
10. Website Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website. We work to keep Website information useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated.
TrueSAR does not promise that the Website will always be available, secure, complete, or error-free. This Website availability statement does not alter any service level or support commitment in an executed customer agreement.
11. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information. TrueSAR disclaims implied warranties concerning the Website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
This section does not disclaim an express warranty contained in an executed customer agreement and does not limit a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
12. No Professional Advice
Website content is not legal, medical, aviation, safety, regulatory, procurement, or other professional advice.
You should obtain advice appropriate to your organization, jurisdiction, operations, and intended use.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of a mandatory protection provided by the law of the consumer's residence that cannot lawfully be waived. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, or require disputes to be filed in a particular court.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website and changing the effective date. The revised Terms apply to Website use after they are posted.
Changes to these Terms do not amend an executed customer agreement unless that agreement expressly permits amendment in that manner.
15. General Terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete terms governing the public Website, but they do not replace an applicable customer agreement.
